To keep prices fair and avoid unnecessary markups, Stay Freezy ships directly from our manufacturing partner.
This allows us to deliver high-quality reusable ice at a lower cost, without passing on expensive storage or retail fees.
Shipping time:
• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: 8–20 business days, depending on your location.
Because your order ships straight from the source, delivery may take a little longer than standard retail shipping. The only tradeoff is better pricing and consistent quality.
Every order includes tracking from the Shop app, and you’ll receive updates as your Stay Freezy makes its way to you.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident ordering from Stay Freezy.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Defective or damaged items:
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll make it right. In these cases, return shipping is covered by us, and you’ll receive a replacement or full refund.
How to initiate a return:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps for shipping your item back within 2 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
